Transcribe & Proofread Handwritten Images

I have 50 clear images of handwritten notes that need to be turned into an error-free, neatly formatted Word document. Every heading, sub-heading, paragraph break, and indentation you see in the photos should appear the same way in the final file—I want the layout mirrored as closely as possible so I can drop the text straight into my workflow without extra tweaking.

Please do the following for each page:
• Accurately type the content in Microsoft Word (.docx).
• Proofread as you go, correcting spelling, punctuation, and obvious grammatical slips while preserving the author’s phrasing.
• Keep all diagrams or arrows as simple typed representations (e.g., “→”) unless you can quickly reproduce them with Word shapes.

Final hand-off: a single, clean .docx file that matches the original structure, ready for printing or further editing. Accuracy and faithful formatting are the top priorities, so feel free to flag anything illegible in comments.
