Text Document Data Entry

I have a collection of documents that need to be converted into clean, digital text. Everything you enter will come directly from these scanned or printed pages, so accuracy and faithful transcription are vital. There’s no rush on turnaround—I’d rather the work be precise than fast—but I do expect steady progress and clear communication on your timeline.

You may use whatever tool you’re most comfortable with (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or an OCR utility for the first pass) as long as the final files are typo-free, well-formatted, and easy for me to search and edit. If you spot obvious mistakes or inconsistencies in the originals, flag them for me rather than guessing.

Deliverables
• Digital text files that mirror the source documents in full
• A brief log noting any illegible sections or questions that arise
