Temporary Computer Assistant Needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We need a temporary computer Assistant in Marine Drive, Mumbai office for a short period you have to come to office for few days and will pay you by the hour for every day you are on site. The work is straightforward but varied, so you’ll be switching between my Mac, an iPhone and a Windows machine during the day.
Your time will revolve around:
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – drafting, formatting and quick edits on the fly
• Fast online searches to gather facts, prices or contact details
• Pulling up directions or points of interest so we can plan appointments and deliveries
• Light Mac and iPhone help such as updating software, organising files, syncing iCloud data or installing apps
Clear communication, punctuality and a comfort level with both macOS and iOS are essential because I like to keep the workflow moving without much hand-holding. If you live nearby and can start soon, let me know your earliest availability and we’ll set up a trial day.
