Scanned PDF Copy Typing

I have a batch of scanned PDF documents that need to be re-typed with absolute accuracy. The original files are clean scans, but they are not selectable or searchable, so I need each page transcribed word-for-word into an editable Microsoft Word file, preserving basic layout such as headings, bullet points, and tables.

Scope of work
• Copy-type all text from the supplied scanned PDFs.
• Maintain original spelling, punctuation, and simple formatting.
• Insert any tables or lists exactly as they appear.
• Deliver a separate, neatly named Word file for each source PDF.
