Scanned Doc to Editable Word

I have scanned documents that combines paragraphs of text with several embedded images. I need it reproduced in Microsoft Word so the text is fully editable while every picture remains in its proper place and at the same size and resolution as in the original.

Accuracy is critical: please run reliable OCR, proof-read the conversion, and preserve the exact layout—headings, tables if any, page breaks, and image captions must look like a faithful copy of the scan.

Deliverables
• A .docx file with 100 % editable text
• All original images inserted and aligned exactly as in the scan

I will supply the scanned file as soon as we start; just send back the finished Word document in the same order and formatting.
