Rework Contract with Dispute Resolution Clause
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
A contract agreement I already have in draft form needs to be re-structured so it reads clearly, protects both parties, and meets standard legal formatting. The core focus is tightening the language throughout, removing any ambiguity, and weaving in a solid dispute resolution clause that aligns with common arbitration / mediation practices.
Along the way, keep existing commercial terms intact—payment schedules, scope definitions, confidentiality wording—yet feel free to suggest sharper phrasing or additional safeguards where a seasoned eye spots gaps. I work in Microsoft Word, so track-changes is my preferred review method; once everything is signed off, I’ll also want a clean PDF for signature.
Deliverables
• Revised contract in Word with visible track-changes
• Final clean version in both Word and PDF
Completion is accepted once the dispute resolution clause is fully integrated, references remain internally consistent, and no section contains unexplained placeholders or conflicting terminology.
