I have several draft layouts that were produced with an AI tool, and now I need them translated into a polished, professional-looking infographic template that lives entirely inside Word (.docx). The finished file should let my team swap out text, icons, and colours without breaking alignment or style, so please rely on styles, text boxes, and grouped shapes rather than fixed-position images.

The overall look must feel corporate and clean—subtle colour accents, logical data hierarchy, and typography that reads well when printed or viewed onscreen. I’ll provide the AI mock-ups plus our brand colour values and fonts; you refine the layout, tighten spacing, and add consistent iconography where helpful.

Deliverables

• Embedded or linked font recommendations (free/commercial usage clearly noted)
• A brief usage guide inside the document showing where to replace content
