Remove a blank page and renumber a Word document.

Please can you help me? This is a dissertation and I'm not sure how to change a couple of things on it. I need the blank page removed, the numbering changed so that Page 3 (The page that starts with the Abstract) becomes Page 1, and change the table of Contents accordingly. Thank you.
