Recreate PDF in Word Format

I have a multi-section PDF—between 10 and 50 pages—that needs to be rebuilt from the ground up in Microsoft Word. Every heading hierarchy, paragraph break, table, and embedded image must appear exactly as in the source file. All tables and images are already included in the PDF, so it’s a matter of accurately transferring them, not designing new ones.

Precision is crucial: fonts, column widths, cell shading, captions—everything must match. I’ll be checking that page flow mirrors the original and that no characters have been lost during the transfer.

Deliverable:
• One fully editable .docx file that is visually indistinguishable from the supplied PDF.
