RFP Response Template Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a polished Microsoft Word template that lets my team answer Requests for Proposals quickly and consistently. The document must be fully branded and structured so we can drop in the following sections without fighting the formatting:
• Technical details
• Financial information
• Legal terms
• Product overview
• Q&A
Core requirements
– Clear, professional styles for headings, body text, tables, and call-outs
- Executive Summary with custom looking 'magazine' like look - areas for graphics, color block call outs, etc.
– Automatic table of contents and page numbering that updates as content changes
– Branded cover page, header-footer set, and optional confidentiality statement
– Pre-built tables for pricing and compliance matrices
– Section break layout so each main topic can start on a new page
– Placeholder guidance text showing the type of content expected in each area
Nice-to-have
– Quick-insert icons or content controls for notes and client-specific data
– A short “how to use” page explaining the styles and features to our contributors
Deliverable: a final .docx file ready to use, plus any supporting assets (fonts, graphics) if they’re not system-standard.
Will need US and International Paper sizes.
If you have examples of similar Word templates you’ve created—especially for RFPs or complex proposals—please share them when you bid.
