Proofread Electric Bicycle User Manual in French

We are looking for a native French proofreader to review a consumer user manual for an electric bicycle. The document is already translated into French and contains approximately 4,600 words.

This is a proofreading task, not a translation project.

Scope:
- grammar, spelling and punctuation corrections;
- improving wording where needed so the text sounds natural in French;
- checking consistency of terminology;
- ensuring the instructions are clear and easy for everyday consumers to understand;
- working directly in Microsoft Word using Track Changes.

The manual includes standard user-facing sections such as:
safety instructions, assembly, battery charging, display functions, troubleshooting, maintenance, warranty and FAQ.

Requirements:
- native French speaker;
- proofreading/editing experience;
- ability to work in Microsoft Word with Track Changes.

Delivery deadline:
The reviewed file must be delivered no later than Thursday evening - 21.05.(Europe time).
