I’ve just wrapped up a middle-grade adventure (around 30,000 words) and need a meticulous final polish before I pitch it to agents and prepare both print and e-book editions. The content edit is done; this pass is purely for accuracy—spelling, grammar, punctuation, and any small inconsistencies in character names or terminology that might have slipped through.

The manuscript is already laid out in Microsoft Word with clean chapter breaks, so you can work with Track Changes enabled. A gentle touch that keeps the voice engaging for 8- to 12-year-olds is essential, along with a turnaround of roughly one week.
