Professional Policy Document Formatting

I have several plain Word files that need to be transformed into polished, on-brand policy documents. Using our existing style guide, please apply our logo and colour palette, approved typography (font families and sizes), and the correct branded header and footer on every page.

Each document must contain an automatically updating table of contents at the front and a clearly marked appendices section at the back. The finished files must remain fully editable in Microsoft Word so we can revise the content internally whenever policies change.

I will share the raw drafts, the branding guide, font files, and logo assets. What I need back is:

• A fully formatted Word version of every policy
• A reusable Word template or style set that lets us apply the same look to future documents

Attention to detail is critical—consistent spacing, heading hierarchy, colour accuracy, and cross-platform compatibility (Windows & Mac) must all be spot on.
