Printed Documents Copy Typing

I have a collection of printed documents that I need converted into clean, editable text files. Accuracy is critical—I want the final text to mirror the source layout, headings, and basic formatting, but there’s no need for complex design work.

Scope
• Type the full content of each printed page into Microsoft Word (or Google Docs if you prefer)
• Preserve paragraphs, bullet lists, tables, and bold/italic styles exactly as they appear
• Flag any illegible sections for my review rather than guessing

Quality expectations
• Zero transcription errors and consistent formatting across all pages
• Spell-check and quick grammar pass so the text is publication-ready
• Use a consistent font (Calibri or Times New Roman is fine) unless the original specifies otherwise

Deliverables
1. One editable .docx file per source document, named to match the original title or number
2. A brief completion log noting total pages typed and any unclear areas that need confirmation
