Precision Copy Typing & Transcription

I have a sizeable collection of PDF files, scanned images, and handwritten pages that must be re-created in Microsoft Word with absolute fidelity. Every character, line break, heading, and table needs to match the original layout while remaining fully editable. The work is strictly text-based—no calculations—so the focus is on clean copy typing and, where required, straight transcription of any embedded notes.

Here is what I expect from you:
• Copy type or transcribe all supplied PDFs, images, and handwritten drafts into a single or well-organised set of Word documents.
• Preserve original formatting (fonts, bold/italic, bullet lists, simple tables) so the new file mirrors the source but is ready for further editing.
• Deliver at least 99 % accuracy; I will spot-check against the originals.
• Use Microsoft Word (or an equivalent that exports flawlessly to .docx). Light OCR is fine for speed, but every page must still be manually verified.
• Return the completed Word files by the deadline we agree; partial deliveries are welcome for progress review.

Acceptance criteria
• All text from each source page appears, in order, inside Word.
• No spelling errors or missing words.
• Layout closely resembles the source—headings, paragraphs, and tables intact.
• File passes my random spot-check without needing major edits.
