Precise .docx Formatting Preservation -- 2

I regularly update and revise business reports in Microsoft Word and I need every change to leave the original look untouched. When you return a file to me, images and their captions must still sit exactly where they belong; fonts, sizes and paragraph spacing must remain perfectly consistent from cover page through appendices; tables, charts and section breaks should appear as if nothing was ever opened.

Most of the source material arrives in .docx, though I occasionally pass you other editable formats that ultimately need to flow back into Word—or a press-ready PDF—without a single visual shift. Your task is straightforward: open, edit or incorporate new content, and hand back a document whose formatting matches the original line for line, pixel for pixel.

You will work directly in Microsoft Word, so deep familiarity with styles, advanced paste options, track-changes management and compatibility checks is essential. I’m happy to move in milestones: we agree on a small sample first, confirm that alignment, font integrity and layout all survive, then proceed to full batches.
