Polish Business Report Formatting

I have a small batch of internal business reports that need a meticulous formatting overhaul. The words and numbers are settled; what’s missing is the consistent, professional look that convinces stakeholders the moment they open the file. Your task is to bring every page into visual harmony—headings aligned, fonts uniform, tables and charts sitting exactly where they should, margins and page breaks handled cleanly, and the overall layout ready for seamless export to PDF.

You’ll work in the original file format (Microsoft Word in this case) and leave the text untouched unless a layout fix demands otherwise. Once finished, I’ll need the fully editable Word documents plus a reference PDF so I can spot-check that nothing shifted during conversion.
