54-Page in PDF needed to be retyped to Word

I have a 54-page, text-based PDF that needs to become a Microsoft Word document identical to the original. Every header, footer, margin, page break, font, font size and style in the PDF must carry over precisely so the Word file can stand in for the source without any visual drift. Because the PDF already contains selectable text, you can copy where convenient, yet I still expect you to check line-by-line and re-type or adjust anything that loses its formatting in the transfer.

Deliverable
• One clean .docx file mirroring the PDF in full, ready for me to print or edit immediately — no extraneous spacing, no font substitutions, and no missing characters.
