PDFs Converted to Editable DOCX

I have a batch of PDFs that I need turned into fully editable files—one clean .docx (or, if easier for you, a .txt) for each PDF I provide. These new documents must mirror the original layout, headings, tables, and spacing so that I can jump straight into updating the content without re-formatting anything. In other words, I’m after a faithful reproduction of the original look and feel, right down to matching fonts and styles wherever they appear in the PDF.

Please make sure:
• Each source PDF results in its own separate file.
• All text remains live and selectable (no images of text).
• Original page order, headings, lists, tables and any footnotes or captions stay exactly where they should.
• Any embedded images, charts or diagrams are inserted in their correct positions.

I’ll supply the PDFs once we start, and I’m happy to answer questions about any tricky layouts you spot along the way.
