PDF Re-typing to Word

I have a text-only PDF that I need reproduced in Microsoft Word. Although the content itself is straightforward, the original file uses a custom font that I’d like kept intact (or matched as closely as possible) so the finished document mirrors the look of the source. Your task is simply to retype the text—no OCR shortcuts, please—and apply the same font styling throughout.

Accuracy is my main concern: spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks must be identical to the PDF. When you deliver, I should be able to open the .docx file, see the same words in the same order, and print it without any noticeable difference in typography.
