I have multiple PDFs that contains 2,340 exam-style questions in total. Every one of those questions needs to be recreated in a Microsoft Word (.docx) document with perfect fidelity.

Here is exactly what each item must look like in Word:
• Question text
• A bulleted list of options
• The correct answer(s) clearly identified (Bolded)
• An explanation whenever the PDF provides one—skip this only when it is truly absent.

Uniform formatting (Calibri Body, Font Size 12, No before and After Paragraph Space) across all 2,340 questions is essential. The wording, punctuation, and any figures or symbols must match the source file exactly; no spelling or grammar slips are acceptable.

Deliverable
• Multiple .docx file (Same as the PDF Name) containing the fully formatted question bank, ready to use without further editing.

• 100 % of questions, options, answers, and available explanations are present
• Bulleted-list layout used consistently for every set of options
• No deviations from the original text
• File passes a spot check for accuracy and formatting consistency
