PDF-to-Word Formatting & TOC

I have several PDF documents that must become clean, fully editable Microsoft Word files. Your core tasks are:

• Convert each PDF into Word without losing layout integrity.
• Re-create all tables so they remain usable and match the original structure.
• Place every image so it’s wrapped around the text, never misaligned or stretched.
• Build an automatic Table of Contents driven by proper Heading styles.

If a table would be easier to analyse in Excel, feel free to drop it into a companion workbook—I’m happy to receive that bonus file as well.

The finished Word files need to open flawlessly in Office 365 on both Windows and Mac. Use consistent styles, keep section breaks tidy, and leave me with documents I can update myself later.

I’ll supply the source PDFs immediately and can clarify any formatting questions as you go. A first draft within a week and a final version after one revision round would be ideal. Accuracy is essential; speed comes second.
