I have a steady stream of existing PDFs that need to become polished, fully editable Word documents suitable for client-facing presentations. For each file I send, I need you to:
• Convert the PDF to Word while preserving the original page layout, graphics, and spacing.
• Re-apply clean heading styles, section breaks, and automatic page numbering so I can update content without breaking the structure.
• Build an automatic table of contents that refreshes itself whenever I make edits.
• Ensure bullet points and numbered lists are formatted consistently throughout—these appear often in the material and must look sharp on-screen and in print.
• Run a quick spell-check and tidy any stray spacing or alignment issues before returning the file.
