PDF-to-Word Editable Template

I have a 20-page PDF that needs to be rebuilt in Microsoft Word so every margin, table, line break, and style matches the original perfectly. Once the body is replicated, I also need a new header and footer added—both will contain text plus small images (a logo and a certification seal). Everything must remain fully editable in Word, and I will later export the finished file back to PDF, so please keep print-fidelity in mind.

I already have the exact fonts, sizes, and paragraph styles that must be applied; I’ll send those files the moment we start. If you own or regularly use Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or similar tools to grab measurements or vector assets, that will probably save us both time, but the final deliverable must be a clean, native .docx file created in Word without embedded text boxes that shift around.

Deliverables
• Recreated 20-page .docx that mirrors the source PDF
• Custom header and footer with my supplied images and text, set up in the Word master so it flows automatically on every page
• A matching PDF export for quick review

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual layout matches the source within a 2-pixel tolerance when overlaid.
2. All body text and header/footer elements are editable directly in Word, not placed as images.
3. Styles are properly defined in the Word Style Gallery, using the exact names and specs I provide.
