I have a collection of scanned PDFs that I need converted into a clean, editable document. Every page contains both text and images, and I want the final file to mirror the original layout as closely as possible—so please make sure every image is inserted in its proper place and any headings or bullet points are preserved.
Key points:
• Source files: PDF scans only
• Deliverable: a fully formatted Microsoft Word (or Google Docs) file with all text accurately re-typed and all images embedded
• Accuracy matters—spelling, punctuation, and page order must match the scans exactly
• If OCR helps you speed up the process, that’s fine, but proof-read carefully before delivery
Once finished, send me the editable file plus a PDF export so I can do a quick side-by-side check.
