PDF Reflow & Word Rebuild

I have three PDFs whose pages are out of sequence and whose text is painfully small. I need each one rebuilt in Microsoft Word so the document opens front-to-back, looks exactly like the source, and—most importantly—remains fully editable.

Here is what matters: I want the Word files to mirror the original layout, headings, fonts, and styling, yet present them at a comfortable reading size. You’ll be working in a custom format that follows the PDFs precisely rather than a generic report template. Some pages contain diagrams and photos; please lift those into the Word version and run whatever light enhancement is needed so they print crisply without losing proportions.

Deliverables
• One .docx file for every PDF, pages correctly ordered and verified against the source
• Native, selectable text (no image-only pages) produced via reliable OCR where necessary
• Embedded images/diagrams placed in the same positions, quality-enhanced as agreed
• Final files free of missing or duplicated content and ready for my own font-size tweaks

I’ve attached the smallest PDF so you can gauge complexity. The other two follow the same structure.
