PDF & Image Text Entry

I have a batch of documents—some saved as PDFs, others supplied as individual images—that I need transcribed exactly as-is into Microsoft Word. It is straightforward text (no numeric tables), but accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and basic formatting matters so the final Word files line up neatly with the originals.

You will receive:
• A folder containing the source PDFs and images
• A naming convention to follow for each finished Word document

Your task is simply to open each file, type or copy the visible text into Word, preserve paragraph breaks, and give the file the correct name. No complex layout recreation is necessary; I only need the written content captured faithfully.

I’ll review for completeness and accuracy once the documents are returned. If all looks good, the job is done—no further editing cycles expected.
