I need several digital files—mainly PDFs—transcribed into an editable format with absolute accuracy. I will share the source PDFs through a secure cloud link and expect the typed version to mirror the original layout, headings, and any tables or bullet points.
When you send your bid, include a detailed project proposal that explains:
• the tools you plan to use (manual typing, OCR, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
• your quality-control process to keep the error rate below 1 %
• an estimated turnaround schedule and any milestones you suggest
I’m flexible on the final file type; once I see your proposal we can decide whether Word, Excel, or plain text is the best fit. Timely updates and strict confidentiality are essential, and I’ll review the finished documents against the originals before sign-off.
