Official Document Retyping to Word

I have an official document that needs to be duplicated with perfect accuracy in Microsoft Word. The original text is provided as a scan, and I need every word, line break, and formatting cue transferred so the Word version mirrors the source exactly. Spelling, punctuation, and any embedded dates or reference numbers have to remain intact—no creative changes, just a faithful retype.

Once finished, send back the editable .docx file so I can review and archive it. That single, error-free Word file is the entire deliverable.
