Non-Fiction Manuscript Preparation

I need a professional to format and set up a Master Manuscript Document (.docx) for a non-fiction book that is nearly finished (currently at 90-95% completion).
​What I need:
​Creation of a clean, standardized Word template/master document following industry standards (Chicago Manual of Style / publisher guidelines).
​Proper paragraph styles setup (H1/H2 headings, body text, blockquotes, headers/footers, and page numbers).
​Clear structure so I can easily insert the final two chapters myself before sending it to a developmental editor.
