Modern Word Quote Template

I have an existing publisher‐style quote sheet that needs a makeover and some automation. I’d like you to rebuild it as a clean, modern Microsoft Word template (.dotx) that automatically fills the following fields wherever they appear:
• Date
• Quote Amount
• Project Name
• Address
• Prices

The finished file should:
• open with fresh, blank fields ready to type once and propagate throughout the document
• keep all calculations or price tables working exactly as on my current form
• match a contemporary look—simple lines, balanced white space, and fonts that feel up-to-date

Please transfer every element from the original layout, but refine spacing, alignment, and typography so the form looks polished when exported to PDF. If the job requires content controls, Quick Parts, or a light VBA snippet, feel free to use them—just add a brief note explaining how to update the fields later.

Deliverables:
1. The final .dotx template, styled and fully tested
2. A one-page guide (or short screencast) showing how to edit the autofill fields and generate a finished quote
