Microsoft Word Publication Template & Long-Document Formatting Specialist
Budget: $200 – $500 USD
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Word document formatting and template specialist to apply an existing corporate publication style guideline to a collection of long-form business and technical documents.
This is not a branding, logo design, or general graphic design project. We already have an established corporate identity, publication style guidelines, document content, images, tables, and overall document architecture.
The initial goal is to create a polished, consistent, reusable Microsoft Word document system and apply it to representative existing documents.
Scope of Work
The work should include professional implementation and refinement of:
• Microsoft Word Styles for titles, headings, subheadings, body text, captions, callouts, and other recurring content
• Consistent margins, spacing, pagination, headers, footers, and page numbering
• Section divider pages and appendix divider pages
• Table and figure formatting
• Consistent image sizing, positioning, borders, and subtle shadow treatments
• Corporate confidentiality statements
• Table of Contents formatting
• Improved use of whitespace and visual hierarchy
• Restrained premium visual enhancements using our existing corporate design direction, including white, pearl, silver, chrome, stainless-steel, and selected accent colors
• Creation of reusable Word templates and styles that can be applied consistently to future documents

The desired result is clean, sophisticated, premium, and highly professional, not overly decorative.
We are particularly interested in someone who can improve the appearance of Microsoft Word documents while maintaining their stability, editability, pagination, images, tables, and overall document structure.
