Brief: PowerPoint & Word Template Builder

## Overview

We're looking for an experienced PowerPoint template specialist to build a professionally structured master PowerPoint template and a Microsoft Word document template.

The visual design and slide layouts have already been created. We are **not** looking for a designer to develop new concepts or layouts. Instead, we need someone with strong technical expertise in PowerPoint and Word who can build our existing designs into robust, easy-to-use templates.

## Scope of Work

### PowerPoint

Using our existing slide designs and layouts, build a fully functional PowerPoint template using Slide Master.

The template should:

* Be built using Slide Master and layouts rather than individual slides.
* Replicate our existing slide layouts within the master template.
* Lock down brand elements such as logos, colours, backgrounds and graphic devices.
* Allow users to easily edit text, images, charts and other content without affecting the underlying design.
* Use theme fonts and colours throughout.
* Be intuitive, robust and suitable for use across the business.

### Microsoft Word

Create a branded Microsoft Word document template that aligns with our existing visual identity.

The template should:

* Include branded cover and internal page layouts.
* Use correctly configured heading and paragraph styles.
* Include headers, footers and page numbering where appropriate.
* Lock down brand elements while allowing users to edit content easily.
* Be intuitive for non-designers to use and maintain a consistent look and feel.

## Deliverables

* PowerPoint (.potx) master template built from our existing slide layouts.
* Microsoft Word (.dotx) document template.
* All templates tested and fully editable.
* A short handover guide explaining how to use and maintain the templates.

## Skills Required

* Advanced PowerPoint Slide Master expertise.
* Strong Microsoft Word template development experience.
* Excellent understanding of template architecture and brand implementation.
* Experience building corporate templates that balance flexibility with brand control.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately translate existing designs into editable templates.
