Malayalam Word Formatting & Images [Looking for a keralite, India]
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
The current Malayalam Word manuscript needs a clean, publication-ready layout. I have already drafted the content; now I need it polished so every page follows our in-house style guide.
Key tasks you will handle:
• Text alignment – headings, body text, quotes, tables, everything flush and consistent.
• Paragraph spacing – precise before/after values so the document breathes but never looks patchy.
• Font styling – apply the designated Malayalam typefaces, weights, and sizes exactly as specified in our style sheet.
• Image importing – place all provided graphics, screenshots, and logos in the correct positions, anchor them properly, and ensure they meet resolution standards set by the company when pages are brought in from external sources.
Acceptance criteria:
1. The final .docx opens without missing fonts or shifted elements on both Windows Word 2019 and Office 365.
2. All headings, body text, and captions respect the style names defined in the template (no local overrides).
3. Images stay locked to their intended paragraphs, maintain aspect ratio, and remain crisp at 100% zoom.
4. No orphaned lines, widows, or inconsistent indents across the document.
5. Deliver the finished file plus a short change log summarising every style or layout adjustment.
I will supply the draft Word file, the official style guide, and the image assets as soon as we start.
