Legal Brief Pagination Fix

Job ID: 40332803

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a trial-ready brief and its appendix that must be filed with the court, but the pagination is out of sync between the two documents. Both files are in Microsoft Word and, once corrected, I will save a clean PDF from the same master.

What I need you to do:
• Reconstruct or clean up every page number so the brief and appendix reference each other flawlessly.
• Preserve all tables of authorities, and internal cross-references so they update automatically after pagination is repaired.
• Keep the document fully compliant with the court’s page-layout requirements (margins, line spacing, footers, etc.; I’ll provide the local rules).

Deliverables
1. A final PDF file for the brief and for the appendix, each with accurate, continuous pagination.
2. Corresponding print-ready PDFs that mirror the Word versions exactly.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Page numbers matching the table of contents and appendix index.
• No broken hyperlinks, cross-references, or TOA entries after I update fields (Ctrl+A, F9).
• The court’s e-filing system flagging zero pagination errors.

If you are fluent in advanced Word features such as section breaks, field codes, and automatic tables, this should be a straightforward assignment. Let me know your turnaround time and any similar filings you have formatted before.
