Landscape Booklet Word Template
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a single Microsoft Word template set up so that I can print an 8.5 × 11-inch sheet in Landscape and fold it on the short edge to create an 8.5 × 5.5 booklet. Page 1 must place the front cover on the right half and the back cover on the left half; every subsequent sheet has to follow proper imposition so when I add pages in blocks of four the numbering adjusts automatically. The file has to remain rock-solid on my Epson WF-3820, with margins and gutters that survive its printable-area limits.
Design-wise, the cover will hold my logo and company name, set in Times New Roman and using my existing brand colours. After that I’ll take it from there—text, images, and future revisions are on me—so the template should rely on styles, section breaks, and fields rather than hard-coded content.
Deliverables
• A .docx template ready to print and fold as described
• A brief note (two-three lines) explaining where to drop the logo and how to add extra 4-page signatures without breaking numbering
Once I can open the file, drop in a test logo, run a print on the WF-3820, and see perfect alignment, the job is done.
