KDP Engineering Ebook Formatting Needed

I have an 80-page Microsoft Word manuscript on an engineering topic that has to be turned into a fully compliant Kindle Direct Publishing ebook. The layout should read like a professional engineering reference: clear hierarchy, consistent heading styles, accurate figure and table captions, and proper numbering for equations.

I will not be sending a proprietary style guide; simply follow well-accepted engineering-book conventions—think IEEE or ASME style for fonts, spacing, and equation presentation. All diagrams, formulas, and data tables already sit in the Word file and must render crisply on the Kindle Previewer without forcing the reader to pinch-zoom. Hyperlinks, audio, or video aren’t required; clean, static content is enough as long as everything scales on both e-ink and Fire devices.

What I expect at hand-off:
