KDP Business Book Formatting- Finishing Touches Needed (90% already done) READ DESCRIPTION

I’ve completed a business-focused manuscript in Microsoft Word and want it professionally formatted so I can upload it to Amazon KDP for both Kindle eBook and paperback print. All I need right now is a few finishing touches for the interior layout: clean chapter breaks, clickable table of contents for the eBook, proper margins and gutter for the print edition, consistent headers/footers, page numbering, and styles that respect KDP’s latest guidelines, and Page Numbers for each chapter in the Table of Contents.

The only other thing needed would be a quick proofread to ensure that we have not missed any misspells, grammar, etc.

Once the work is done I expect two ready-to-upload files:
• a re-worked .docx (or .epub) for Kindle
• a print-ready PDF that meets KDP’s trim size, margin, and bleed requirements

The manuscript text is final; no rewriting is required. If you’re comfortable with Word styles, Kindle Create, InDesign, or other proven KDP formatting tools and can turn this around quickly, let’s talk so I can get this business book on the virtual and physical shelves without hassle.

Already formatted by me:
- Font size is set
- Pages set up for 6x9 print
- Margins set, but may need fine tuning
- Page numbering set

Currently in docx file.

Last proofreader I hired didn't do any of the work as promised and only wanted milestone payments to be released. I will NOT release payments of any kind until work is complete. Communication and updates are mandatory. This project shouldn't take more than a few days if you take your time and make sure everything is right.
