Junior BIM/Construction Consultant – Support for Data Structuring & Reporting
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I’m looking for a Junior BIM/Construction Consultant to support ongoing client projects in the real estate and construction sector.
The role is focused on data structuring, reporting, and document preparation – you will help transform technical information into clear, professional outputs for our clients.
Tasks:
Support in preparing AIA (employer information requirements) and LOI (level of information) lists.
Organize and structure data from different project stakeholders (architecture, MEP, statics, fire safety, etc.).
Create clear, professional Excel/Word reports and templates.
Ensure consistency and quality of documents before final delivery.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Background in architecture, civil engineering, construction, or project management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (advanced formatting, structuring).
Experience with BIM processes is a plus, but not mandatory – ability to learn quickly is key.
Good written communication in English or German.
Bonus:
Familiarity with IFC files, BIM standards, or construction workflows.
Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions.
