JPEG to Editable Word

I have a single-page JPG that mixes regular typed text with a few handwritten notes and signatures on a plain, uncluttered background. I need that page rebuilt in Microsoft Word so every line of typed text can be edited directly while the handwritten section, including the signatures, sits in place as one clean, embedded image.

Please keep the layout, margins, and spacing true to the original and match the typed portion’s font style as closely as possible—no generic replacements. The handwriting should appear crisp, without jagged edges or background artifacts, so a quick cleanup in Photoshop (or your preferred tool) before inserting it is fine.

Deliverable: a polished .docx that opens with everything exactly where it belongs—typed text fully editable, handwriting and signatures preserved as a single picture—ready for me to revise and print.
