Interactive Word Template Creation

I need a clean, reusable .docx template that mirrors the layout, colours and typography of the PDF I will supply. The template must include a header and footer that automatically extend to every new page. All header and footer elements should be pulled directly from the PDF—no improvisation—so the finished file looks identical to the source regardless of page count.

Inside the body I will be adding:
• text with bullet points
• text laid out in tables
• text accompanied by images

Because of that, paragraph styles, table styles and image-placement placeholders have to be responsive: when I paste or delete content the overall spacing, margins and page-breaks should remain intact without any manual tweaking.

Deliverables
1. One .docx template pre-configured with custom styles for headings, body text, bullets, tables and captions.
2. Header and footer that replicate the PDF design and populate automatically on every page. Any fields (e.g., page number, titles, dates, versioning) must update dynamically if they exist in the PDF.
3. Clear, short instructions inside the template (or a separate .txt file) explaining how to start a new document from the template and how to update global data if needed.

Acceptance criteria
• Visual match to the supplied PDF on page 1 and all subsequent pages.
• No manual edits required after adding or deleting body content.
• Header/footer elements remain locked to the master and update automatically.
• New company logo a new company color coding

The work can be completed entirely in Microsoft Word; use built-in styles, fields and sections rather than macros so the file stays lightweight and compatible with modern .docx editors.
