InDesign to Word Template Conversion

I have an existing, fully-designed InDesign document and I need every element rebuilt as a Microsoft Word template (.dotx) so my client can update it without touching InDesign again.

What I will give you
• The original InDesign file, and the appropriate fonts
• Our exact colour palette and paragraph/character style names

What the finished template must include:
• Four interchangeable front-cover layouts
• An automatically updating contents page that uses Arabic numerals and recognises new sections as they are added
• Four internal page masters geared for mixed text-and-image layouts (text boxes, image placeholders, predefined styles)
• Two alternative back-cover layouts
• All paragraph, character, and colour styles recreated one-to-one so branding is locked in
• A clean .dotx plus a sample .docx that shows every layout in use
