Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing a non-fiction history manuscript (roughly 100–300 pages) for submission and need a fresh pair of eyes to catch every lingering error. Your job is to comb through the Word document, fixing grammar, punctuation, spelling, and layout hiccups while watching for inconsistencies in dates, names, and terminology that often sneak into historical writing. Please work in Microsoft Word and keep Track Changes on so I can review each edit.
When everything is polished, I would like:
• the fully marked-up file with all your edits visible
• a clean version with changes accepted
• a brief style sheet or note that lists recurring decisions and any queries that still need my input
