Handwritten Notes to Word Data Entry

I have a collection of handwritten notes that need to be transcribed accurately into clean, well-formatted Word documents. The job is strictly text data—no numeric entry or calculations involved.

Each note must be typed verbatim, retaining original headings and paragraph breaks, while correcting obvious spelling errors so the final files read smoothly. Consistent styling is important: use a single font family, proper heading levels where indicated, and standard margins.

I will supply high-resolution scans of the notes. Your deliverable is a separate .docx file for every scan, named to match the source file. Accuracy and careful proofreading matter more to me than speed, so feel free to flag any illegible sections rather than guessing.

If you have solid experience with data entry and a keen eye for detail in Microsoft Word, this should be a straightforward assignment.
