Franchise Agreement Word Formatting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a full franchise agreement drafted in Microsoft Word that now needs to look as professional as it reads. The priorities are clean text alignment, consistent spacing throughout, and a reliable hierarchy of numbered clauses and bullet points. I don’t have an in-house style guide or template, so I’ll welcome your suggestions on best-practice layout, font choices, and heading styles that suit legal documents.
What I will provide: the current draft in .docx.
What I expect back: a polished .docx with styles applied, clause numbering that auto-updates, tidy bullet lists, and no stray indents or widows/orphans. Track Changes should be on for any structural edits so I can see what was adjusted.
If you’re comfortable structuring long legal texts and know Word’s advanced formatting tools—styles, multi-level lists, and section breaks—this should be straightforward. Let me know your turnaround time and a brief note on similar documents you’ve formatted, and we can get started right away.
Also, a specific point is that in point number 5, there are multiple sub points like 5.1.. 5.2 and so forth, so after 5.17 or so... it becomes 14 again, so need to fix that and also.. where ever the comments have been added, let that be highlighted only as comments.
