Format, Stylize existing proposal, create missing appendixes.

I am looking for a freelancer to format and stylize an existing Business Proposal document as well as create the missing appendixes. The final document should be in Microsoft Word format and have a Corporate design and formatting.
All contents are available.
Expectation:
- You will receive all helping materials including contents, therefore no content righting needed.
- Format and Style all documents.
- Review all sections, adjust order or create missing essential sections (no need to review content).
- Create all Appendixes with placeholders content, create any missing Appendixes from the list.
- Complete the final proposal folder with all documents in English.
- Upgrade existing document design/identity styling to be professional and creative/modern (Show multiple samples for approval before starting).
- Should utilize Microsoft Word features of custom styling, no manual styling will be accepted.
- Should be compatible with RTL AR (give sample as confirmation).
- Should have editable components of bullet points, tables and timelines, etc.

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to ensure client's specific preferences are met.
