Fixing glitch in my resume template (You need to know how to fix this in Microsoft WORD)

I am using this resume template and it developed the following glitch:
When I try to modify the VOLUNTEER section by adding something (in red color - page #9). Then everything after the PROFESIONAL LICENSURE AND BOARD CERTIFICATION section jumps to page 11 leaving page 10 blank.
Regardless of where I try to edit the resume this glitch mess up the format, leaving a big space. What I need you to do is to fix this glitch, so I can modify the resume anywhere without creating a gap.
I want to clarify that that is the only thing that needs to be fixed. I need you to come up with a new resume template.
The only skill necessary for this is knowing how to fix formatting issues in Microsoft Word.
