Fix Word Document Formatting

My current Word document looks chaotic—fonts shift from page to page, bullet points refuse to line up, and the spacing around headings is all over the place. I need the entire file cleaned so it presents as a single, polished piece of work without altering the actual wording.

What matters most to me is consistency: every heading must carry the same style, body text should follow uniform spacing, page breaks should feel natural, and the margins must match standard print guidelines. Feel free to use Microsoft Word’s Styles, paragraph settings, or any advanced layout tools you prefer, as long as the final .docx opens perfectly on both Windows and macOS versions of Word.
