Fillable Production Form Development
Budget: $100 – $400 USD
I need a clean, professional-looking production form that my team can fill out directly on their computers. We are currently using a form which has been hosted on Zoho, but we are having issues. We would like to create a form that can be saved directly on our computers and not hosted virtually. I imagine something on Word or Excel will probably be better but open to suggestions. We would like it to be very similar to the current version. See attached.
The form must include:
• Text fields for notes such as item names address, phone etc.
• Numeric boxes
• Drop-down menus wherever possible to speed up entry and keep terminology consistent (for example, standard product SKUs, machine IDs, or status options).
Items highlighted in pink would be manually fillable boxes. Items highlighted in yellow would need to be drop down so we can pick from items that are saved.
The finished file should open instantly on any desktop PC and would be saved on the hard drive that computer and not hosted virtually.
