Export pdf file to Microsoft Word - heavy mathematical notation

I have a pdf file of a Linear Algebra course and need it in Word.
Formatting doesn't need to be exactly equal, just needs to make sense. The main point is to keep the mathematical notation as in the original pdf file.
Language: Portuguese. There is no need to check word by word - just check if any nonsense symbols are inserted in the MS Word file and correct it.
It goes from page 145 to page 165 only!
I would like to have it this week (Friday 10th), or at the latest on Monday 13th. Budget is US$15.
